Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified us at [email protected].
- Cancellations before 1st May 2023 will receive a full refund minus 6% SST administration fee
- Cancellations after 1st May 2023 will receive a 50% refund minus 6% SST administration fee
- No refunds will be provided after 15 Jun 2023
- All refunds will be reimbursed as soon as possible after the conference
